- Gather and analyze data from various sources, including internal systems and external market
research - Identify trends and insights in the data, and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise
manner - Work with cross-functional teams to define and document business requirements and processes
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Tableau to track key performance
indicators - Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased eƯiciency
- Collaborate with IT and other teams to implement solutions and track their success
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in business analysisialistas e desenvolvedores de banco de dados.
Requisitos:
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a business analyst or in a related role
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data from multiple sources
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate findings to
stakeholders - Experience with data tools and data manipulation, using Excel (Advanced), Python, R, and
familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau. - Proficient in statistical analysis, data analysis techniques and experience with data modeling
- Experience working in the retail energy industry is a plus
- Project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies are a plus
- English level native or fluent
