CAPEX Category Buyer

Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) is searching for a CAPEX Category Buyer who will work closely together with other Buyers and be responsible for work in the strategic procurement of materials, equipment, and services related to technical and engineering projects. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the best cost-benefit ratio, deadlines, and quality in purchases, aligned with the project's and organization's objectives.

As part of Procurement Department, you will join an ambitious team that enable growth via close collaboration throughout the supply chain and across regions, and by balancing quality, cost and risk - for the better of Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados).

Responsabilities:

• Conduct technical purchases for engineering projects

• Interact with Engineering, Finance, and suppliers to ensure procurement aligns with project timelines

• Prepare and lead RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes

• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with suppliers

• Analyze commercial and technical proposals

• Control costs and delivery schedules for procured materials and services

• Monitor KPIs and report purchasing status to project leadership

• Develop and qualify strategic suppliers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields

• Proven experience in technical or project-oriented procurement

• Preferred knowledge in reading technical drawings and engineering specifications

• ERP SAP knowledge

• Strong skills in strategic negotiation and contract management

• Advanced English proficiency

• Full-time, temporary, on-site position in Araucária-PR
