Summary:

Development of complex syndicated/club deals and/or capital market structures for Wholesale and Rural clients, executing all steps of the process, since the origination up to the disbursement, with the following goals: (i) manage the client demand according to the best product approach; (ii) minimize the use of bank capital; and (iii) generate structuring and distribution fees.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the commercial area strategically in the origination of syndication/club and capital market deals.
  • Evaluate and propose the best structure for the clients, with detailed product, focused on minimizing risks.
  • Execute the whole process for Loan Syndication deals, starting from the deal origination up to the disbursement.
  • Execute the origination, underwriting and distribution of debt securities for clients, including Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) (LCA/LCI).
  • Execute the market reading, being responsible for pricing all Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)'s mandates.
  • Syndicalize deals among global and local banks, funds and investors, providing all necessary information and analysis .
  • Represent Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) on road shows, issuer calls/updates and pitch meetings.
  • Prepare strategic and objective infomemos, focusing on main risks and mitigants.
  • Prepare strategic pitches based on the demand from clients, banks, funds and investors.
  • Participate in the credit process, legal documents and collaterals and operational aspects of the deals.
  • Build up usual and new good relationships with banks, funds and investors, understanding its demand for F&A.
  • Visit the clients and negotiate the term sheet and the documentation involved in syndicated and/or club deals.
  • Visit the clients and negotiate the term sheet involved in capital markets deals, following up ABF's structuring process.
  • Engage in regular communication withs clients, banks, funds and investors in order to stay informed of trends/views/etc
  • Build up good relationships among Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)'s offices, focused on developing bussiness and sharing knowledge.
  • Prepare short and objective call reports, including the main conditions identified on the market reading.
  • Participate in the internal pipeline meetings with a proactive behavior, sharing knowledge among team members.
  • Contribute with the professional development of the more junior employees.
  • Backup of other team members related to any deal, when necessary.
  • Follow all Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)'s policies.
