As our Cassino Manager you will:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and drive the strategic vision for the Casino vertical in alignment with company goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Casino team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
  • Oversee evaluation, enhancement, and documentation of existing and new functionalities, features, and processes.
  • Take ownership of the Casino roadmap and backlog, setting priorities and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Supervise game curation, tournament design, and lobby management to maximize player engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze player performance, identifying issues, opportunities, and implementing improvements.
  • Ensure consistent optimization of first-party tables and dealer quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with 3rd party vendors, negotiating contracts and leveraging their products and services.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and CRM teams to design impactful offers for retention, acquisition, cross-selling, churn prevention, upselling, and reactivation.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the industry.
  • Partner with Customer Support to resolve escalated inquiries and ensure a seamless player experience.
  • Work closely with Compliance to uphold Responsible Gambling standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure ongoing documentation of requirements, processes, and workflows to support scalability and efficiency.

Your areas of knowledge and experience include

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in online Gaming or a related industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of table games and game shows: blackjack, poker, roulette, wheel of fortune.
  • Strategic thinker with a user-centric mindset and ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Advanced analytical skills to interpret data, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Degree in a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability, and proactive approach to challenges.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in Portuguese and English; another language is a plus.
