The Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Shop LATAM operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados). The team is responsible for building the Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Ecommerce partnership for the Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) e-commerce business in the US. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. Responsibilities:
- Participate in central projects aimed at driving platform growth and achieving key targets, including campaigns, affiliate programs, content scenarios, and shoptab, with a focus on contributing to execution and learning project logic.
- Under moderate guidance, engage in meticulous resource management, market research, and other operational tasks, gradually building proficiency in organizing and analyzing relevant information.
- Assist in coordinating resources across cross-functional teams, supporting the smooth and orderly development and implementation of projects while learning collaboration dynamics.
- Communicate with back-end support teams to understand infrastructure needs, contributing ideas for optimization and supporting the improvement of related systems.
- Track project performance metrics as required, learn to identify performance trends, and propose preliminary improvement plans with guidance, continuously enhancing problem-solving abilities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Final year Bachelors or recent Bachelors graduate in related field.
- Quick learner, proactive and resilient. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust fast to change.
- Structured thinking, good data sense, very strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration, skilled at moving things forward.
- Passion for business and aim for higher goals.
- Internship or full-time experience in an e-commerce marketplace business, or retail category management is a plus
- Familiarity with Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) content ecosystem, shoppable content, and brand-creator partnerships is a plus.
