We're looking for someone who would be thrilled to structure organizational design, build the foundation, and support continuous growth with a laser focus on efficiency. Someone with high energy and conviction that:
Loves to build from scratch
Can automate processes and scale operations
Although this position is super senior, we want someone that likes to operate and get into the dirt ;)
Requirements:
Fluent English
Proven experience growing operations from the ground up
Track record of hyper-scaled ops leadership
