Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Channel Manager to drive business growth through channel partnerships and client development. The ideal candidate will come from a delivery, express, or last-mile logistics background and bring established local market connections.
This role is highly commercial and requires strong execution in building channels, acquiring clients, and generating revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage channel partnerships (3PLs, local delivery providers, e-commerce platforms, agents)
- Identify and acquire new clients through existing network and market outreach
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to drive revenue growth
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and service agreements
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Manage and grow key accounts through ongoing relationship management
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in delivery / express / last-mile logistics
- Strong local client or partner network
- Experience in e-commerce logistics, parcel delivery, or fulfillment services
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Bilingual English and Portuguese language
- Background in delivery /express companies or platforms
