- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Master in overall vessel operation and management.
- Oversee deck operations, cargo and ballast handling, and navigational duties.
- Maintain safety and environmental standards, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate crew activities and manage on-deck team training.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience as Chief Officer on offshore vessels.
- Valid Chief Officer certification and STCW endorsements.
- Proficient in maritime navigation and safety procedures.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in an international team environment.
