The Role
Lead, design, and execute strategic business plans to grow Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s China Global Practice and expand our portfolio of Chinese multinational clients across key Latin American (LATAM) markets.
Drive sustainable business growth by identifying, developing, and securing opportunities with Chinese companies investing or operating in the LATAM region.
Serve as the central orchestrator for cross‑border collaboration, ensuring seamless coordination between Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) teams in China and LATAM, fostering effective communication, consistent service delivery, and superior client experience.
Oversee business performance for the China portfolio in the region, achieving annual revenue, profitability, growth, and client development targets.
Strengthen Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s market visibility by representing the China Global Practice across LATAM through high‑level client engagement, strategic networking, thought leadership, and continuous market intelligence sharing.
Qualifications
The Requirements:
University degree and/or a relevant professional qualification.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in insurance, consulting, financial services, risk advisory, industrial / commercial industries, with a demonstrated track record of commercial success.
Deep understanding of the LATAM market or a specific country within the region, coupled with strong commercial acumen and an unwavering client‑centric mindset.
Extensive experience managing and cultivating strategic relationships with Chinese multinational clients, ideally within a cross‑regional or global corporate environment.
Highly motivated, proactive, and results‑driven, with strong business development and negotiation skills.
Advanced proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English; Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese is strongly preferred.
Willingness and ability to travel across the LATAM region as required.
