Client Accounting Manager

At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking a Client Accounting Manager to join one of our clients' Accounting Department. What to expect in this role:

• Lead and motivate an accounting team, fostering communication and alignment with the company’s vision and values.
• Act as the go-to expert on primary accounting and VAT frameworks, guiding team members and reviewing their work where needed.
• Drive and oversee key accounting projects.
• Support the onboarding process of new clients.
• Ensure the team delivers work to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Monitor performance, participate in setting targets, and manage workflows, workloads, and deadlines.
• Mentor and support colleagues in their professional growth and development.
• Collaborate with other departments—such as audit, payroll, funding, and corporate—while identifying opportunities for cross-selling.
• Assess current systems and processes, suggesting and implementing improvements.
• Contribute to the unit’s growth by identifying new opportunities.
• Provide support to the Senior Client Accounting Manager with additional tasks as required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese; knowledge of a third language is considered a plus.

• ACCA qualified or equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a CSP environment following achievements of qualifications
• Excellent command of accounting standards, Maltese VAT and tax legislation
