Client Engagement Executive at Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)

As a Client Engagement Executive, you'll be responsible for seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with leads and converting those leads into clients. This is a remote "work from home" role with expectations for travel and lead/client-facing interactions and meetings over time. Though this is an individual contributor position, you'll be part of a group of other executives, allowing you to experience teamwork and collaboration. Of note, previous commercial leadership experience is considered a plus as there are continuous opportunities for leadership roles for top performers.

What You'll Do:

  • Respond quickly and efficiently to a high volume of inbound leads.
  • Proactively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking, and social media.
  • Effectively present our company to potential clients through remote and in-person meetings.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Negotiate and close deals.

What we are looking for:

  • 2-3 years of B2B field sales experience targeting US clientele, likely as an SDR or in lower-level sales roles.
  • Proven results in closing deals and developing long-term relationships with clients.
  • Experience hunting new clients, cold calling, and closing deals.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Recent, relevant sales team management experience.
  • Recent experience working in companies with up to 500 employees.
  • Advanced level of English.

Nice to have:

  • Experience selling staff augmentation services (on-site or offshore).
  • Knowledge of SDLC terminology, processes, and roles.
  • Experience in similar positions in companies that offer software development outsourcing.
  • Experience working in a remote environment.
  • Experience with LATAM software outsourcing.
