About the opportunity
At Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Digital Insights (QDI), you join the worldwide leader in software solutions for genomic data analysis and interpretation. In this role, you help grow the clinical business by engaging molecular genetic testing laboratories and connecting them with solutions that improve decision‑making in patient care. You build a strong sales pipeline through active prospecting, qualify incoming leads, and reach out proactively to potential customers. You also collaborate closely with internal colleagues and field‑based clinical sales partners to achieve shared sales targets.
This is an hybrid role (4 days in the office, 1 day at home), based in São Paulo. Please send your CV in English!
Your tasks include
Developing a deep understanding of QDI’s clinical product portfolio and staying current as solutions evolve.
Creating and nurturing a strong pipeline of qualified prospects within molecular genetic testing laboratories.
Qualifying inbound requests such as demo inquiries, trial requests and consultation needs.
Driving structured outbound outreach to identify new business opportunities.
Executing targeted prospecting campaigns using an analytical and organized approach.
Engaging customers to understand their needs, gather insights and position QDI solutions effectively.
Collaborating closely with clinical sales colleagues to achieve shared revenue targets.
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences or a related field.
Solid understanding of genetics or molecular biology to confidently engage M.D./Ph.D.-level stakeholders.
2+ years of experience in life science sales or customer-facing scientific/technical roles.
Experience with software sales, subscription models or licensing approaches is an advantage.
Knowledge of NGS workflows, bioinformatics tools and clinical diagnostics markets.
Fluent level of English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
