We are searching for a seasoned Cloud Program Manager (CPM) to oversee high-impact cloud initiatives involving various stakeholder groups. In this position, you will ensure program success by aligning technical execution with key business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Establish structured governance for large-scale projects utilizing both waterfall and agile approaches
- Control scope, budget and schedules while proactively addressing potential risks
- Coordinate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including engineers and executives, to align objectives and set expectations
- Align program deliverables with measurable business priorities such as ROI and TCO
- Focus on advancing customer goals beyond standard project timelines
- Lead technical conversations and assess interdependencies within cloud infrastructure, data management and software development
- Foster credibility with engineering teams through active and informed collaboration
- Deliver programs from start to finish with a focus on customer-centric objectives
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in software development
- Expertise in Project Management, SCRUM and stakeholder communication
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform
- Background in cloud ecosystems spanning infrastructure, data and development
- Competency in program governance, risk mitigation and financial planning
- Capability to correlate program outputs with measurable business benefits like ROI and TCO
- Trilingual ability in Portuguese, Spanish and English at B2 level or higher
