Your Role
- Evaluate fragrances and concepts using qualitative, neuroscientific, and quantitative research methodologies.
- Deliver actionable insights into consumer perception through in-depth consumer testing.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
- Design and lead research studies with a focus on the Southern Cone market.
- Manage team performance by fostering engagement, driving results, and maintaining high standards of discipline.
- Oversee partnerships with external providers and agencies for qualitative, quantitative, and neuroscientific research initiatives.
- Support product and process standardization efforts to drive consistency and elevate quality.
- Ensure the accuracy and alignment of the Iris metadatabase across the region.
About You
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- Solid expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies;
- Strong command of statistical techniques and analytical tools (e.g., PCA, ANOVA, regression analysis);
- Experience in the fragrance industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English is required.
