PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Customer Services & Delivery is a global organization supporting the world’s largest companies running Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) solutions. The Centre of Expertise (CoE) within Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Premium Engagement & Advisory provides the expertise in application and technology areas to deliver high-end support to our Premium Engagement (Max-Attention, Active Attention and Value Assurance) customers.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
The CoE North Star Architecture team focuses on the top Premium Engagement customers providing strategic advisory on Enterprise Architecture, Business Transformation Roadmaps, Implementation strategies, Clean Core, Technical Architecture and guidance during all Software Development Lifecycle phases.
As an CoE North Star Architect your area of responsibility will involve the following:
Implement strategies for Software Lifecycle management according to customer strategies, using standard Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Tools for Both On-Premise & Cloud solutions.
Build solid roadmaps and implementation strategies taking into account business organization and customer main objectives.
Propose and design architecture for complex landscapes including multiple non-Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) and Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) installations, products and solutions.
Lead consultant and architect teams to design and build final and intermediate architectures, businesses processes an integration strategies during different project phases.
As part of a global team, you will be working closely with Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Development, Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Support Centres, Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Consulting and Business Transformation areas. Business travel will be an essential part of this role.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Science or Information Technology.
Ability to analyze complex problem situations and to develop solution approaches.
Excellent communication skills.
Good analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
Interested in working with an international team.
Fluency in both English and Spanish.
Portuguese is desirable but not mandatory.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Solid experience on ECC and S/4HANA implementations, knowledge on different project methodologies, experience with Agile methodology is highly desirable.
- Experience in least one S4HANA implementations as consultant, lead or architect, on premise or cloud;
- Knowledge in one or more of the following solutions (Finance area): S/4HANA Finance (Finance and or Controlling), Central Finance, Group Reporting. Experience with consolidation and tools for reconciliation is highly desirable.
- Knowledge on concept of Master Data Governance: Master data objects (business partners, customers, vendors, financial objects) as well as key mapping concept;
- Knowledge in one or more of the following solutions (Procurement and Order to Cash area): S/4HANA Order to Cash, S4HANA Procure to Pay, ARIBA.
- Knowledge in one or more of the following solutions (Logistics area): Transportation Management, Extended Warehouse Management, Business Network for Logistics
- Basic Knowledge in one or more of the following solutions (Manufacturing): Integrated Business Planning, PP-DS, SNP, DP.
- Knowledge of S/4HANA simplification list, Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) products roadmaps and solutions or products that are part of compatibility scope (eg APO, LES-TRA, WM)
- Knowledge on Signavio and LeanIX is a plus
