About the Role
We are seeking a Commercial Business Partner to support our U.S.-basedAdvisoryorganization. This role provides financial partnership, commercial insights, and operational rigor to enable revenue growth andhigh qualityexecution. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, business acumen, and experience collaborating withcross functionalteams.
Key Responsibilities
Financial & Commercial Partnership
- Serve as the primary financial partner to Consultingprincipals andleaders, supporting revenue planning, forecasting,andprofitability analysis.
- Support account planning,revenue achievementroadmaps, and portfolio optimization initiatives.
Sales Operations & Execution
- Lead operational processes including forecasting, pipeline management, CRM discipline, and commercial reporting.
- Support the implementation of sales tools, training programs, and process improvements to enhance execution quality.
Cross FunctionalCollaboration
- Partner closely with Consulting, Sales, Service Delivery, and Business Units to ensure aligned commercial execution.
- Assistin deploying new commercial processes, tools, andperformance managementframeworks.
Strategic Insights & Issue Resolution
- Identifyoperational or financial barriers and drive effective solutions.
- Providestructured insightstoleadership to inform planning, resourcing, and performance improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degreerequired; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial finance, sales operations, or related roles.
- Advanced Englishproficiency.
- Excelproficiency, experience with CRM and SAPa plus
- Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, andstakeholder managementcapabilities.
- Ability to influence decisions, manage competing priorities, and collaborate across diverse teams.
Work Location
This role may be based in Argentina, Mexico, or Brazil, supporting Consulting teamslocatedin the United States.
