As a Commercial Planning, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and operational efficiency of the business. You’ll work closely with the sales team and cross-functional partners, leveraging data and market insights to drive decision-making and support the execution of strategic initiatives. This role demands an analytical mindset, innovative thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. Your contributions will directly impact the development of sales targets, the tracking of performance, and the launch of new initiatives.
Role Responsibilities:- Analytics: Using internal and external data to bring insights to improve our operation.
- Innovation: Being extremely active in chasing opportunities and being propositional in new tests and approaches together with related peers.
- Support: Supporting the launch thresholds construction and pre-launch activities tracking.
- Target Setting: Understanding business needs and goals, then translating them into targets for the sales team.
- Interpersonal Relationships: Being close to the sales team, handling day-to-day interactions, and maintaining a continuous improvement mindset.
- Focused on Results: Monitoring and reporting on performance.
- Be Resourceful and Scrappy: Taking ownership of 99Food growth and doing everything possible to support and enhance the quality of our services.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least one year remaining until graduation;
- Strong interest in data analysis and using data to support business decisions (academic or internship experience is a plus);
- Solid problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and clear communication abilities;
- Proactive mindset with willingness to take ownership of initiatives and projects;
- Intermediate to advanced English level;
- Proficiency in Excel;
- Previous exposure to commercial planning (through internships, academic projects, or student organizations) is a plus.
- SQL Proficiency is a plus
