- About you: Graduated in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical desirable), for at least 6 years (mandatory)M.Sc., Safety Eng. Post-Graduation, Process Safety or related (desirable)Experience in CFD Advanced Modelling for Quantitative risk analysis such as Fire and Explosion analysis, Gas Detectors allocation, Flame Detection Allocation, Exhaust and Vent dispersion, Smoke and Gas Dispersion, Flare Radiation Analysis and Helideck Turbulence Analysis.Experience in CFD tools such as FLACS and KFX. (very desirable)Experience in CFD tools such as Ansys Fluent or CFXExperience in Process Safety (PSM) and Qualitative Risk Analysis: (such as HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, Bow-Tie, Safety Case, EERA, etc). Experience in Vulnerability Analysis (PHAST), QRA (SAFETI) will be considered a differential.Knowledge in Human Factors: HRA – Huma Reliability Analysis (Petro HRA will be considered a differential) and HFE – Human Factors Engineering.Familiar with related to Brazilian regulations (onshore and offshore) - Petrobras Safety Guidelines, ANP requirements and NRs.Experience in upstream, downstream and midstream.Knowledge in programming language: VBA, Python and Digitalization mindset, will be considered a differential.Besides Portuguese, fluent in English (mandatory)Spanish will be considered a plus.Behavior: presentation skills, proactive, constant skills, focused on solutions, multitasks (proposals, projects, presentations):Excellent communication skills-including the ability to write clear and concise reports, both in Portuguese and EnglishProblem solving capacityCritical thinkingAbility to pick up technical concepts quicklyAbility to completely undertake technical and no-technical (adm/finance matters) activities with limited supervisionAbility to speak with a wide variety of clients for the purpose of communicating DNV services and capabilitiesAttention to detailSelf-motivatedInitiative independent of direct instructionAbility to work on a team effectively and efficiently, but also be able to show effectiveness when working individuallyAbility to handle fast pace, high demand environments with stress management skillsActively seeks opportunities to help team members with demanding project schedules and expectationsAbility to work within tight deadlineAbility to coach junior staff
