The Content Moderator will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing user-generated content published across the platforms of a leading global social media group, ensuring compliance with community guidelines, safety standards, and platform integrity policies.
This role requires strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to make consistent decisions when evaluating potentially sensitive content, contributing to the maintenance of a safe and respectful digital environment for millions of users worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Review user-generated content, including text, images, videos, profiles, and comments published on the platforms.
Identify content that violates community standards, safety policies, or platform guidelines.
Accurately apply moderation policies and procedures to classify, restrict, or remove inappropriate content.
Make moderation decisions with consistency, accuracy, and within established operational SLAs.
Escalate complex or sensitive cases to specialized teams when necessary.
Ensure high standards of quality, productivity, and policy compliance in all moderation activities.
Maintain strict confidentiality and protect sensitive information during the review process.
Contribute to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful online environment.
Participate in ongoing training related to platform policies, tools, and operational updates.

Salary: R$ 2,920.32
What you'll need:
- Legal age (18+)
- Completed secondary education (high school diploma)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate to Advanced – CEFR: B2-C2)
- Candidates must be based in São Paulo, Brazil
- Male candidates must be compliant with mandatory military service requirements
