What your new challenge will look like
- Build and lead the new Controlling team in Brazil.
- Set up and optimize controlling processes (offer checks, FTE planning, reporting, productivity analyses).
- Ensure high analytical quality, clear outputs, and reliable governance.
- Collaborate closely with central Controlling and Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) management leadership.
- Represent Controlling in internal discussions and selected customer meetings.
