In this role, you will:
  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity and commitment to the accuracy and quality of financial information
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business continuity and operational efficiency
  • Contribute to the company’s financial health by identifying opportunities to reduce overdue and minimize exposure to credit risk
  • Support customer relationships and contribute to business decisions by monitoring financial performance and credit exposure.
  • Prepare weekly reports and proactively follow up with customers regarding overdue balances
  • Give support to the commercial team on credit and collection topics
  • Support Corporate Shared Services (CSS) in identifying received payments and managing customer credit limits
  • Prepare and review Accounts Receivable reports to ensure accuracy and transparency
  • Review blocked orders related to credit issues
  • Provide guidance to customers regarding accounts receivable topics and credit limits
  • Provide Accounts Receivable documentation to financial institutions and support audit processes
  • Support internal and external audits, including walkthroughs and responding to inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and ethical standards
  • Ensure accurate accounting and timely monthly reconciliations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within credit and collection processes.

Requirements
  • Advanced English (required for communication with global teams)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good skills on Microsoft Office; Excel are essential
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Datasul or SAP is considered a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
