YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
1. Strategy
Working alongside CRM and the brand marketing teams (Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, Can-Am Off-Road, Can-Am On-Road), you will:

Participate and lead various projects

Work closely with different teams to execute and align our vision

Analyze campaign results and share recommendations

Enhance the overall customer journey by actively participating in the activation of the department’s vision and strategic roadmap

Play an active role in building and and optimizing consumer journeys through personalized touchpoints and content

Shape the future of CRM innovations through the sharing of industry best practices and key trends in the marketplace. and share best practices to bring innovation and increase program performance

2. Processes
Working alongside your team members and partners, you will execute marketing automation processes:

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns from beginning to end

Help align internal and external teams on priorities and roadmap

Provide guidance on personalization and customer‑centric practices to optimize experiences across all touchpoints

3. Culture

Working alongside your team members and partners, you will:
Elevate marketing competencies through an active and informed global marketing community

Participate in workshops and training aligned with the vision

Support initiatives to develop and propel a unique and engaging CRM culture globally

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

Qualifications | Education

Bachelors in marketing or related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer relationship management or e-commerce

Experience in marketing automation (email, SMS, Chatbot, or other channels)

Knowledge of the Adobe Campaign Suite , Salesforce or other CRM tools

Fluent in written and spoken English

Soft Skills

Eager to engage and bring forward new ideas and solutions to business pain points

Ability to collaborate with both internal teams and other Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) divisions across the organization

Good communicator

Great problem-solving skills and creativity

Detail-oriented with a critical degree of accuracy

Ability to prioritize work and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to deadlines

Ability to lead medium-scale projects
