Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) works like Expedia for freight. Business shippers compare freight rates from hundreds of carriers in North America. Our system searches over 20 billion lanes and provides the best available rates instantly so shipments can be booked online right away. We specialize in shipping LTL and FTL freight and we are looking for the right CUSTOMER SERVICE / CLIENT CARE SUPPORT person to join our 5-star team!


Responsibilities



  • Welcoming new clients onto the platform

  • Dealing with client requests via phone, live chat or email and in a timely manner

  • Managing tickets regarding shipping issues and requests

  • Following up with existing clients by phone or email

  • Providing excellent customer service and technical support

  • Demonstrating empathy by listening attentively to customer concerns

  • Ensuring that all customer care needs are resolved in a timely fashion

  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings and service level agreements

Requirements
