Position Description
Elite Marketing Solution, an Insurance Agency based in Texas, is looking for Americans currently living in Brazil to join our remote team.
This role is ideal for U.S. citizens who are living abroad and looking for stable remote work with a U.S.-based company.
As a Customer Service & Sales Support Representative, you will assist customers over the phone, provide customer service support, and help our internal sales team with day-to-day communication and follow-ups. Your role will help ensure that customers receive friendly, professional service while supporting the growth of our agency.
This is a fully remote position, and we are especially interested in Americans who have relocated to Brazil and want to work with a U.S. company while living abroad.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and assist with incoming and outgoing customer phone calls
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Assist customers with questions and basic account support
- Support the sales team with follow-ups, customer communication, and lead assistance
- Maintain accurate customer notes and records in our systems
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks when needed
- Help support customer satisfaction and positive client experiences
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Valid Social Security Number (SSN) required
- Currently living in Brazil (preferred but not required)
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day
- Spanish is a plus but not required
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Available Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM CST
- Professional, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment
Job Type: Full-time
