Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
  • 3 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience working with ad tech products - ad server, demand-side platforms (DSPs), data management platforms (DMPs), and web analytics and understanding of engineering solutions built for scale.
  • Experience working in the ad space first party data onboarding and activation, measurement and data modeling, video and search advertising.
  • Excellent business communication skills.
  • Excellent project management, team-work and leadership skills; analytical capabilities and demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven proposals.

As a Customer Solutions Engineer, you will develop innovative solutions to the business problems faced by Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Customer Solutions (GCS) advertisers. You will have the unique opportunity to leverage your wide-ranging experience and skill-set to identify trends and develop groundbreaking new solutions to reach thousands of advertisers and drive business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and build a series of solutions and best practices at a global level to be used by GCS customers globally.
  • Leverage engineering skills to design and scale complex, cross-product customized solutions to be rolled out to thousands of customers globally.
  • Collect requirements, provide guidance, best practices and innovative solutions to apply ad products and technologies and drive customer and business goals.
  • Experiment with new technologies to develop solutions where existing Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) products cannot help.
