About The Project

We are launching a global influencer marketing SaaS platform for a leading beauty brand, with Brazil planned as a key launch market from July to September. Brazil is one of the brand’s most important influencer markets, with strong advocacy programs, creator partnerships, influencer seeding, and social media activation across multiple brand teams.

We are looking for a Brazil-based consultant to support the local launch, drive adoption, and act as the key in-market partner for Brazil teams.

Role Purpose

The consultant will lead local customer success activities for the Brazil launch. The immediate priority is to train Brazil-based brand, advocacy, influencer, and digital marketing teams in Portuguese on how to use the SaaS platform for influencer management. The role will also support adoption, collect local feedback, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and identify potential upsell or expansion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

l Lead Portuguese-language onboarding and training sessions for Brazil teams.

l Support users in adopting the platform for influencer discovery, campaign management, seeding programs, reporting, and performance tracking.

l Build strong working relationships with local brand teams, advocacy teams, digital marketing teams, and influencer marketing stakeholders.

l Act as the main local point of contact for Brazil during the launch period.

l Adapt global training materials and platform workflows into locally relevant examples and use cases.

l Gather feedback from users and share local market needs, pain points, and improvement opportunities with global teams.

l Coordinate closely with project teams in Spain and China.

l Monitor training completion, user adoption, platform usage, and stakeholder satisfaction.

l Identify credible upsell, cross-brand rollout, or deeper adoption opportunities.

l Support launch communication, training follow-up, issue escalation, and post-launch adoption activities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

l Native or fluent Brazilian Portuguese required – must-have competence.

l 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, influencer marketing, social media marketing, digital marketing, or marketing technology.

l Strong understanding of Brazil’s influencer marketing ecosystem, including creator partnerships, advocacy programs, seeding, social platforms, and campaign workflows.

l Experience in beauty, luxury, FMCG, consumer goods, or agency-side influencer marketing is highly preferred.

l Experience with SaaS, MarTech, influencer platforms, CRM, social listening, or campaign management tools is a strong advantage.

l Excellent communication, training, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

l Business English required for communication with international teams.

l Able to work independently as the only in-market representative in Brazil.

l Proactive, accountable, hands-on, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-moving launch environment.

l Strong relationship builder with the confidence to engage senior brand and marketing stakeholders.

l Collaborative mindset and ability to work across time zones with teams in Europe and Asia.

l Brazil teams are trained and confident using the platform.

l Strong adoption across priority Brazil brands and influencer/advocacy teams.

l Positive feedback from local users and global project stakeholders.

l Clear reporting of user feedback, launch blockers, and local requirements.

l Identification of credible upsell or expansion opportunities.

l Smooth coordination between Brazil, Spain, and Singapore teams.
