What our Customer Success Manager will do:
Account management:
- Become customer’s advocate & escalation point;
- Build relationships and collect feedback regularly;
- Ensure service is provided at sufficient level of quality;
- Manage relationships with all partners involved;
- Orchestrate overall billing and payments.
Customer Success:
- Know customer’s processes and KPIs;
- Make sure Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) solution drives customer’s operational excellence;
- Conduct benchmarking analysis among trusted pool of clients;
- Consult customers on best-in-class processes and latest IR use-cases;
- Catch market trends and share it with Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) R&D team (product managers);
- Conduct business review meetings with customers, obtain data for case-studies.
Farming:
- Grow MRR through up-sell and cross-sell potential;
- Build yearly revenue plan for each entrusted customer and execute it;
- Ensure benchmarking level of customers retention;
- Maintain NRR (Net Revenue Retention) KPI at a strongly positive level.
Who we’re looking for:
- English, Spanish, Portuguese speaking/writing at B2+ is a must;
- Based in Sao Paulo or nearby;
- Experience in CSM role in the field of FMCG, Retail up to 2 years;
- Excellent verbal & written presentation and project management, creating projects analytics, interaction with all levels both internally and externally.
- Experience in the creation of a sales plan and its implementation;
- Experience in developing, implementing and conducting customer surveys (NPS). Processing the results of surveys on product satisfaction (C-Sat);
- Management experience.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Enterprise clients;
- Technical background;
- Experience working in companies like GFK, Nielson, Envolves or Retailers like Wallmart, Carrefour;
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales and marketing.
Terms of cooperation:
- Monthly income & semi annual bonuses for achieving targets;
- Five day work week, full time and long-term commitment;
- Freelance contract based;
- Report to Latam Sales Director in Mexico;

- Foreign language classes compensation (English, Spanish, Portuguese etc.);
- The ability to work remotely in the Sao Paulo Area.
