What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Act as the main point of contact for customer accounts
- Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success
- Monitor customer performance and identify growth opportunities
- Handle escalations and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams (support, marketing, operations)
- Track KPIs such as retention, churn, and customer engagement
- Onboard new clients and guide them through our services
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar is a plus)
- Comfortable working in a digital/remote environment
- Intermediate to advanced English skills preferred
