Customer Success Manager (CSM)
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to act in the post-implementation phase, owning customer sustainment, continuous adoption, satisfaction, retention, and expansion for Enterprise accounts.
This is a strategic role, responsible for being the primary owner of the customer relationship after go-live, ensuring that Enterprise B2B software solutions based on data, AI/ML, and Industry 4.0 concepts continue to deliver measurable and sustained value over time.
Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact during Sustaining Services, managing customer relationships, expectations, and priorities.
Ensure continuous adoption and value realization of the solution.
Monitor and proactively manage CSAT, NPS, Health Score, and churn risks.
Lead QBRs / EBRs, translating technical indicators into clear business outcomes.
Lead recurring demands, incidents, and improvement initiatives with engineering, data, and product teams.
Partner with Sales on renewals and upsell opportunities.
Serve as the voice of the customer, influencing product roadmap, reliability, and service quality.
- Lead teams to deliver best approaches and continuous improvement of solutions
Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager, Service Manager, Technical Account Manager (TAM) or similar role in Enterprise B2B Software in the industrial sector.
Hands-on experience with customer sustainment, long-term account management, and recurring revenue models.
Experience working with Enterprise B2B Software solutions for industrial environments (manufacturing, energy, oil & gas, mining, or asset-intensive industries).
Ability to engage with technical teams (engineering, data, product) and translate technical complexity into business value.
- Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and a consultative mindset.
- Graduation in Engineering is preferred.
Background in industrial operations, maintenance, asset reliability, or industrial engineering.
