Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy Development • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives. • Define and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Market Analysis • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends. • Analyze data to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation. Campaign Management • Plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. • Collaborate with creative teams to deliver high-quality content that resonates with target audiences. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to align brand initiatives with business goals. • Partner with external agencies for design, advertising, and media planning. Performance Tracking • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, using insights to optimize future initiatives. • Manage the brand budget effectively, ensuring all activities deliver maximum ROI. Customer Engagement • Foster a strong connection between the brand and its target audience through storytelling and innovative strategies. • Champion customer feedback to refine brand messaging and offerings.

Job Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or Professional qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field • 3 years’ or more experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced industry. • Strong understanding of brand management principles, market research, and consumer behavior.
