Job Description

• Oversee day-to-day banking operations, including account management and online • access. • Responsible for the setup and management of credit facilities, including BG, SBLOC, • and OD facilities. • Maintain and manage relationships with partner banks to ensure efficient banking • services. • Work on centralizing banking operations to minimize the number of bank accounts. • Collaborate with partner banks to streamline and consolidate banking activities. • Optimize cash management by keeping funds in interest-bearing accounts. • Monitor and manage working capital to reduce pre-payments and optimize receivables. • Analyze and improve cash flow and working capital metrics. • Identify and implement strategies to reduce manual processes and increase efficiency. • Drive automation of treasury processes to streamline operations. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly for cross-border transactions, while effectively managing internal control requirements. This includes adherence to AGH treasury policies and SOP’s.

Position Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CA, CIMA, CPA) preferred • Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in Treasury operations and financial accounting • Strong analytical skills with a focus on cash flow forecasting and working capital management • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across departments and seniority levels
