Job Description
• Manage Daraz Fulfilment Aftersales operations. • Making sure the smooth running of Aftersales Operations and meeting all internal KPIs. • Managing outsource staff and tracking efficiency of operators. • Proactively identify and resolve issues along with maintaining sensitivity to both customer & Seller related issues. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to investigate, resolve and report on both customer-& seller related complaints within assigned timelines. • At management discretion, direction may be given for tasks outside the scope of work. • Escalate all unresolved issues/complaints to the Aftersales Manager in a timely manner.
Position Requirement
• Graduates & Undergraduates are encouraged to apply. • 1 year or more experience in the same field is an added advantage. • Broad knowledge in Logistic Operations, E-commerce, Aftersales Operations and Customer Service is preferred. • Proficiency in MS office tools (especially in excel) and Google applications. • Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Sinhalese.
