Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support clients in transforming raw data into actionable insights. You will clean, analyze, and visualize data to solve business problems, improve decision-making, and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders. This role emphasizes data storytelling, accuracy, and client collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Preparation & Analysis:

• • Clean, validate, and structure raw data from multiple sources (e.g., databases, spreadsheets, APIs).

  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

  • Use SQL and tools like Python for basic statistical analysis.

  • Document workflows and ensure data quality standards.

• Visualization & Reporting:

• • Design interactive dashboards (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and reports to communicate insights.

  • Translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.

• Client Collaboration:

• • Work closely with clients to define business questions and KPIs.

  • Present insights to stakeholders in workshops or presentations.

Required Skills

• Technical Skills:

• • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.

  • Experience working with DBT (Data Build Tool) or similar.

  • Data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).

  • Basic scripting in Python.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Soft Skills:

• • Strong communication skills to explain insights to non-technical audiences.

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple client projects and deadlines.

  • Knows how to deal with ambiguity in a fast growing startup.

• Experience:

• • Solid experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.

  • Portfolio of past projects showcasing dashboards/reports (shareable examples preferred).

  • Education in quantitative fields such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Engineering.

• Fluency in English:
