Marketing Associate

About the Role:
Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) is looking for a Marketing Associate to own execution across our core marketing channels: email, direct mail, social media, and Yelp. This role turns strategy into live campaigns that are accurate, on time, and built to generate leads, referrals, and revenue.
This is a hands-on execution role for someone who can manage details, move fast, and take ownership. You will help bring LifeSource’s mission to life by supporting marketing that reflects the quality of our products, our customer focus, and our standard for clear, direct communication. LifeSource’s stated mission is to improve people’s lives by providing filtered and conditioned water to every home conveniently, honestly, and reliably through high-quality filtration products.
What You’ll Own
Email Marketing
● Build, QA, schedule, and launch email campaigns in HubSpot
● Manage lists, segmentation, suppression, and workflow logic
● Support lifecycle campaigns tied to leads, customers, referrals, and retention
● Use AI tools to speed up copy development, testing, and iteration
● Track results and improve performance over time
Direct Mail
● Own homeowner direct mail campaigns from list development through production and deployment
● Coordinate copy, creative, vendors, proofs, and timing
● Manage recurring campaign calendars and mailing schedules
● Track response and help improve targeting, messaging, and results
Social Media & Yelp
● Manage posting cadence and day-to-day execution across active social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok
● Help maintain an on-brand, consistent social presence
● Manage Yelp profile updates
● Monitor engagement and flag trends, issues, and opportunities
HubSpot & Marketing Operations
● Serve as a day-to-day HubSpot user for campaign setup and execution
● Maintain clean lists, naming conventions, basic reporting, and campaign hygiene
● QA every send and launch for links, timing, UTMs, audience accuracy, and suppression logic Document repeatable processes and improve team workflows
What Success Looks Like
● You help the LifeSource marketing team reach our goal of more qualified leads for the sales team
● Campaigns go out on time and to the right audience
● Email and direct mail execution is organized, repeatable, and dependable Social and Yelp are actively managed and aligned with the brand
● HubSpot stays clean and usable
● Marketing leadership spends less time chasing execution and more time improving performance
● You operate with ownership, speed, and attention to detail
Required Qualifications
● 3–5+ years of experience in marketing execution, campaign management, or marketing operations
● Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar platform
● Experience owning at least two of these channels: email, direct mail, social media, or review platforms
● Strong writing and editing skills
● Strong project management and organizational skills
● High attention to detail in QA and execution
● Comfort using AI tools to improve speed and output
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience in direct mail for B2C or homeowner marketing
● Experience with customer lifecycle, referral, or retention campaigns
● Experience managing Yelp or similar review platforms
● Experience in home services, consumer products, or a related industry
