DESCRIPTION
Lead and develop a team of Data Analysts while driving the Data & AI strategy, ensuring scalable processes, high data quality, and impactful insights. Oversee SQL routines, data consolidation, and advanced reporting, transforming complex data into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of 4 Data Analysts, ensuring structured growth and strong performance.
- Defining and executing a comprehensive Data & AI strategy to support long‑term scalability and innovation.
- Overseeing core SQL routines, data consolidation processes, and data quality governance across multiple sources.
- Managing reporting and advanced visualization initiatives using Tableau, Databricks, and other modern data tools.
- Ensuring seamless integration and analysis of key datasets such as Chatpro , conversational APIs, Chatlayer , Meta, and Google.
- Translating complex insights into clear, strategic recommendations for senior leadership through strong storytelling and communication.
- Collaborating closely with product and business teams to ensure data supports product evolution and customer experience improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience leading and mentoring data analytics teams (ideally teams of 4+).
- Strong expertise in SQL, Databricks, and Tableau.
- Experience structuring and implementing data consolidation, reporting routines, and scalable data processes.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Chatpro , conversational APIs, Chatlayer , Meta, and Google data sources.
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling data teams, infrastructure, and strategic roadmaps.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into clear insights for non‑technical stakeholders.
