RESPONSIBILITIES
Ø Identify business opportunities within assigned accounts to provide solutions and services.
Ø Manage strategic accounts and develop strategies for success.
Ø Be responsible for maintaining and increasing sales in their segment and assigned accounts.
Ø Be able to understand and offer the client a comprehensive solution based on their needs.
Ø Knowledge and constant updating of Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)'s product and service portfolio.
Ø Maintain and update the Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) CRM Platform in a timely manner and as frequently as requested.
Ø Contact and visit clients to sell and increase new products and services to current clients.
Ø Monitor and analyze goal achievement (Sales); building long-term relationships with clients that allow for healthy customer dependence on our solutions.
Ø Stay up-to-date with the market regarding possible solutions for clients, after identifying their needs.
Ø Ensure compliance with client agreements and increased sales.
Ø Prepare management reports and an initial business plan.
Ø Consolidate information to execute the project.
Ø Visualize future projects and demand generation.
Ø Build effective teamwork with the company's various departments, providing timely responses to the client.
Ø Work effectively with internal departments to ensure the client always receives a timely response to their needs.
Ø Develop business and project developments and monitor their completion.
Ø Act as an intermediary between the client and the company to ensure clarity regarding client requirements.
Ø Maintain a close relationship with the client to position Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) as their first choice.
Ø Address client requirements (services, emergencies, etc.) internally with other departments to provide a quick and easy response to the client.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Job Qualifications:
Ø 4 to 7 years of field experience (sales).
Ø Technical knowledge of data center infrastructure, including electrical and thermal solutions.
Ø Proficiency in Office suites: Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Intermediate-advanced).
Ø Proficiency in communication technology tools such as Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and similar.
Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ø Ability to manage projects effectively and efficiently.
Ø Ability to forecast completion dates and willingness to meet deadlines.
Ø Excellent organizational and time management skills.
