We are seeking a motivated Data & Analytics Engineer to work with a diverse and highly competent team to help build an innovative and effective data platform to support business transformation. You will take part in stimulating projects that will generate value for the business and consolidate Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)'s reputation as a leader in analytics.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Design, implement, test and support robust ELT data pipelines to support Business analytics domains, ensuring efficient integration with CI/CD processes.

Develop automated testing and deployment workflows while maintaining strong version control practices using Azure Repos

Work closely with business teams to understand data needs and deliver high-quality solutions

Design, implement, test and support high performing transformations to bring clean data in the hands of data analysts and data scientists

Collaborate closely with Agile squads to drive iterative development, ensure efficient workflows, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Design, implement and optimize data models with a medallion architecture using Star Schema and Snowflake techniques to enhance query performance and support analytical workloads

Collaborate with analysts and data scientists to deliver clean, usable data for reporting and advanced analytics

Help establish best practices and contribute to a positive, inclusive, learning-focused team culture

Document technical processes clearly to ensure easy future maintenance

Build data integrations from multiple sources

Implement data quality controls

Create technical documentation to ensure future maintainability of the code

Continuously develop your knowledge in the field, and share that knowledge with your peers

Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the data engineering practice

Go beyond the code to understand the business behind the data and related processes

Actively participate in the team discussions

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

Solid and demonstrated experience on following technologies:
Snowflake

DBT

Talend or equivalent ETL tool

Knowledge of the following technologies is a plus:
Azure

Microsoft SQL Server

Power BI

Fluent in various programming languages such as:
SQL

Python

Javascript / Node.js

Java

Fluent in writing, executing and optimizing complex SQL queries

Experience with data profiling and other means of validating data quality

Used to Devops practices

Experience in working within an agile team to build big data / analytics solutions

Strong interpersonal skills, motivated and loves to work on multiple challenging projects

Open-minded and able to adapt to new ways of working

Well organized and able to self-prioritize, sometimes with conflictual deadlines

Strong communication skills, both speaking and writing in English

Continuously seeks improvements and eager to put hands on new technologies
STAND OUT WITH...

Experience with SAP, Power BI, AI/ML knowledge
