We’re hiring a Senior Data Analyst (LATAM – 100% Remote)
Join a global team and work on high-impact data initiatives supporting enterprise-level systems. If you’re a hands-on Data Analyst with strong data modeling and SQL expertise, this opportunity is for you.
What you’ll do:
- Design and maintain data models for OLTP and OLAP/EDW systems
- Build source-to-target mappings and define transformation logic
- Analyze and validate data to ensure accuracy and quality
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
- Own deliverables end-to-end, including planning and execution
- Support data governance, documentation, and data quality initiatives
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of recent experience as a Data Analyst (hands-on)
- Strong expertise in SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL, performance tuning)
- Experience with data modeling (Kimball, 3NF, Medallion architecture)
- Experience with OLTP and OLAP systems
- Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration
- Experience with Git and version control
- Strong communication skills (English required)
Nice to have:
- Experience with Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, or Lakehouse
- Familiarity with tools like Erwin, ER/Studio
- Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM tools
- Python or PySpark knowledge
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity
