About the Opportunity

Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) AI is seeking a Data Specialist to spearhead the architecture and deployment of conversational data systems and autonomous data agents. In this strategic role, you will lead the client-facing implementation of Google’s next-generation agentic data ecosystem, blending Gemini, BigQuery, and Google Antigravity within the GPC (Google Cloud) environment.

As a Specialist, you will bridge deep data engineering with agentic AI architecture, establishing technical governance, standardizing methodologies, and driving client enablement to turn enterprise warehouses into intelligent, self-service data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Agentic Architecture Design: Architect and implement the end-to-end Gemini + BigQuery integration within the client's GPC environment, defining robust consumption patterns, prompt strategies, function calling, and secure semantic search.
AI-Ready Data Modeling: Model, curate, and optimize enterprise datasets for autonomous consumption; establish "AI-ready" dimensional models, comprehensive semantic documentation (column descriptions, business glossaries), and strict access control layers.
Framework & PoC Development: Build enterprise-grade Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and reference templates that the client's team can scale, leveraging the Google Antigravity IDE and Google Cloud Data Agent Kit (e.g., parameterized queries, Looker conversational dashboards, and metadata-driven RAG pipelines).
Technical Enablement & Mentorship: Drive a strong enablement culture to foster client autonomy; lead pair programming sessions, technical workshops, and code reviews focused on Antigravity workflows and conversational analytics.
Governance & Security Operations: Partner closely with the client’s security and governance teams to ensure all agentic AI workflows run strictly within secure cloud boundaries, maintaining compliance with LGPD and stringent banking secrecy regulations.
Model Evaluation & Iteration: Establish evaluation frameworks to continuously track Gemini’s response quality over corporate data, monitoring accuracy metrics, handling hallucination tracking, and iteratively refining prompts and metadata structures.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Agentic Data Ecosystems: Experience building data applications using Google Antigravity, the Google Cloud Data Agent Kit, and orchestrating BigQuery Data Agents via natural language interfaces.
Advanced Data Engineering & GPC: Expert-level mastery of BigQuery, dimensional data modeling (Kimball/Data Vault), and data stack architecture within the GPC/GCP platform.
Generative AI & Evaluation: Solid understanding of semantic search, metadata management, RAG patterns, and implementing evaluation metrics (evals) to counter model hallucinations.
Security & Compliance: Strong background in data governance, data privacy standards (LGPD/GDPR), and designing architectures compatible with strict financial/banking compliance.
Technical Leadership: Experience acting as a primary technical authority, standardizing engineering processes, and delivering scalable training or enablement frameworks.
Advanced English.

Nice to haves

Active Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer or Cloud Architect certifications.
Deep experience with Looker, Looker Studio, and conversational BI analytics integrations.
Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to extend Antigravity context.
