How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Demand Manager with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and project management to oversee the lifecycle of demand requests (DMND) within our Site infrastructure team.Key Responsibilities:
Demand Management:
Actively participate in DDS meetings to assist with the assignment of DMND to the service line, challenging Business Partners (BPs) regarding the actions of our Service Line.
Screen and assign DMND to Demand Managers (DMs) within the site infrastructure team, considering scope, project complexity, knowledge, and capacity of each DM.
Oversee the assignment of DMND for realization to the PM who conducted the initial screening, or to another suitable PM if necessary.
Internal Team Communication:
Prepare weekly presentations to update Delivery Manager on new DMND, DMND in realization, closed DMND, and news from providers.
During weekly Demand Manager meetings, address difficulties, gather information for providers, manage leave days (for DMND reassignment), and seek clarification from BPs when DMND are unclear.
Communicate new processes, delays, and provider information to the team.
Conduct weekly 1-to-1 meetings with each Demand Manager to review DMND status, commentaries, blocking points, and alerts.
Summarize and communicate the global DMND status to the regional hub manager, as well as specific DMND/project updates requiring visibility.
Lead talent acquisition when onboarding new or replacing existing demand managers
External Communication:
Liaise with Business Partner s regarding missing information on specific DMND, cost modifications, urgent DMND screening requests, and customer updates.
Communicate with clients regarding specific DMND information, new processes, technical solution advice, process advice, and solution delivery delays.
Conduct weekly meetings with providers to check order status, inquire about delivery times, challenge progress, and share team-related information.
Statistic Check:
Monitor and review the commentary and status of Site infrastructure DMND.
Track key statistics (e.g., Estimated Delivery Dates (EDD), old DMND).
Maintain and update status files for sharing (e.g., LAN refresh file, OBS followup obsolescence file, Operation file).
Verify shipping OCD.
KPI Deliverables
Yearly and Monthly labor costs and revenue generation per team, per Demand Manager and region (LATAM, NAM, Airgas)
Change & Demand Management SLA, closure rate, screening time, etc.
Specific Manager Topics:
Address urgent topics as assigned by the manager.
Prepare and deliver occasional presentations on specific topics.

Do you have these requirements?
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in demand management or project coordination within IT infrastructure, network domains or Security domains.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Minimum C1 proficiency in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Strong knowledge of North and South American network vendors, their capabilities and weaknesses
Experienced in identifying, recruiting, acquiring, retaining and training technical resources.
2+ years of relevant experience leading a group of 5 or more technical people.
Must work 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in the Eastern United States time zone.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, both internal and external.
Proficiency in tracking and reporting on multiple concurrent demands.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Familiarity with best practices within project management methodologies and tools.
ITIL knowledge is nice to have
