Opportunity for Brazilian Dentists – Work in the United States (Visa Sponsorship Available)
We are seeking highly skilled Brazilian dentists to join our clinics in the United States in non-doctor clinical leadership roles, such as Dental Office Manager or Lead Dental Assistant Specialist or Hygienists. We are prepared to sponsor a U.S. work visa for qualified candidates.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-volume, advanced dental organization in the U.S., while gaining long-term professional growth and immigration stability.
You need to have scholarly articles published or have had some media about you as a dentist to be eligible
Skills We Are Seeking
(You do not need to be formally specialized, but must be highly competent)
- Denture fabrication and delivery
- Composite veneers
- Temporary crowns and prosthetic delivery
- Clinical diagnostics and patient consultations (including complex pain cases)
- Orthodontic experience (braces)
All clinical activities will be supervised and overseen by a licensed U.S. dentist, and additional certifications or licenses may be required depending on the procedures performed.
Clinic Environment
Our clinics operate at a fast pace with many moving parts:
- Average clinic size: ~15 dental chairs
- Patient volume: 100–150+ patients per day
- Strong emphasis on speed, efficiency, and high-quality outcomes
We are looking for dentists who can perform efficiently without compromising clinical excellence.
Technology & Scope of Care
We are a fully digital, advanced dental organization, utilizing:
- Intraoral scanners
- 3D printers and milling systems
- Fully digital workflows
We provide comprehensive care including:
- Full-arch restorations (All-on-4)
- Orthodontics
- Pediatric dentistry
- Wisdom tooth extractions
- General and advanced restorative dentistry
Each team member specializes in specific clinical areas, allowing for mastery and efficiency.
Requirements
- Fluent English speaking ability (Spanish is helpful but not sufficient)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to relocate to the U.S.
- Commitment to at least 3 years of employment
Compensation & Immigration Pathway
- Starting pay: USD $1,500 per week (≈ $78,000 per year)
- Compensation increases with performance and advanced skills
- High performers may earn up to $95,000 USD annually
- Green card sponsorship may be possible after two years of successful employment
