Designer UX/UI

Main responsibilities:

• Working in the context of OTA functions and electronic modules behavior, you will identify new opportunities to create better user experiences and ensure that the end-to-end journey with our products meets the desired outcomes;

• Clearly illustrate how sites function and look like. You prepare and present drafts to internal and external teams and stakeholders;

• Facilitate collaborative sessions with multidisciplinary teams and actively partner with all relevant parties;

• Identify and troubleshoot UI/UX problems (e.g. responsiveness);

• Produce high-quality UI/UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards and site maps;

• As an important part of the team, you design UI elements, mockups and prototypes after gathering and evaluating user requirements in close collaboration with product managers, product owners and engineers;

• Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and carry out activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior;

• Take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks, searching for innovative and pragmatic solutions. You are a result-oriented individual.

Experience required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience;

• Several years of working experience in (UX/UI) projects with cross-functional team members.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in related field or comparable job expertise.

Technical qualifications:

Previous experience working in UX/UI projects;

• Experience in vehicle-related development processes (connected solutions) is of advantage;

• Customer-centric mindset;

• Experience in agile working methods (preferably);

• Excellent communication skills;

• Highly structured, analytical and team-oriented working style.

Hiring CLT, hybrid format, being necessary the presence in our office in Jabaquara, São Paulo/SP, 2 or 3x per week.
