Responsibilities for our Online Marketing and Sales Specialist

• Answer questions and obtain sales from customers through the school’s different service channels. We are very aware of social media, so you should be too! Some of the tools we use, for example: Web Chat, WhatsApp, Inbox, Facebook and Instagram, email, telephone, and Skype, among others!
• Responsible for both customer service goals: converting potential customers and retaining the customers we already have. You have to have great charisma and work really hard for it!
• Maintenance and monitoring of SEM campaigns (Google Ads and Bing)
• CRM knowledge to enhance relationship marketing and obtain lasting customers! After all, communication is everything to maintain a good relationship!
• Through CRM and Online Marketing techniques, also focus on current customers purchasing other products available at the company.
• Creation, implementation, and monitoring of online marketing campaigns on our free classes blog, A Dica do Dia.
Work with our webmaster to increase our WooCommerce sales. This is very important since our customer flow is practically all online!
• Collaborate on implementing and improving our artificial intelligence tools.
• Collaborate in the creation and execution of the Marketing Plan for our online courses.
• Promote and implement market studies for new products and new courses.
• Research, negotiate, close, and maintain relationships with accommodation owners for students who come to study and stay with us.

Must-Have!

• Fluent English, Spanish, and Portuguese are essential! It is also important to have another language, especially French. (Keep in mind that we have language tests during the interview, okay?)
• Completed Higher Education in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related areas.
• Knowledge of Google apps or Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of AI software and how to use it.
• Experience with Google Ads and SEM.
• Practice in implementing, using and leveraging CRM! This will often be the basis of your work!
• Knowledge and experience in Inbound Marketing, as well as the use of online marketing tools.
• Be someone serious, dynamic and effective in everything you do! But without losing the joy, after all our work environment is relaxed and light!
• Friendliness and being extroverted, since when dealing with the public you have to know what you are doing!
