Job Description:
We are looking for a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand, generate qualified leads, and improve online performance across key digital channels. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategy, content, analytics, and campaign execution to make a real business impact.
In this role, you will manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives across paid and organic channels, monitor performance, and turn insights into action. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to strengthen brand visibility, increase engagement, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, email, and social media
- Support SEO and website content initiatives to improve traffic and search visibility
- Create, coordinate, and publish digital content for campaigns, landing pages, blog posts, and social platforms
- Track campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and reporting dashboards
- Analyze KPIs including traffic, leads, conversions, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and engagement
- Manage marketing calendars and support campaign execution from planning through reporting
- Conduct keyword research, competitor research, and audience analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with design, sales, and leadership teams to align campaigns with business goals
- Test new ideas, creatives, and targeting strategies to improve results over time
- Prepare clear performance reports with insights and recommendations
Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, growth marketing, or a related role
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing, and social media marketing
- Understanding of SEO, keyword research, content marketing, and conversion best practices
- Ability to interpret data and use insights to improve campaign performance
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
- Experience with marketing tools, dashboards, CRM systems, or automation platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required
- English proficiency is a plus, but not required
