This role demands an analytical, results-driven professional who excels at crafting data-informed strategies while executing campaigns hands-on. You’ll work closely with our Creative Marketing Strategist to ensure digital efforts amplify platform growth and align seamlessly with broader marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Growth Planner
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that span SEO, SEM, performance marketing, email campaigns, social media, and website optimization.
- Conduct audience research to inform targeting, segmentation, and messaging strategies.
- Build detailed campaign blueprints, outlining budgets, timelines, and success metrics.
2. Campaign Architect
- Lead the execution of end-to-end digital campaigns, from setup to optimization, across paid search, display, social, and programmatic channels.
- Execute and partner with creative teams to develop digital-first assets, including ad copy, landing pages, and visual content.
- Test and iterate campaign elements, including creative, audience targeting, and bidding strategies, to maximize performance.
3. Performance Optimizer
- Track and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CAC, CPA, and ROAS, using tools like Google Tag Manager and social ad dashboards like Meta, X, and TikTok.
- Develop dashboards to provide real-time visibility into campaign performance and ROI.
- Use A/B and multivariate testing to optimize ad performance and user experiences.
4. Budget and Resource Manager
- Manage digital budgets across campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals and efficient allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast spend, adjust plans based on performance, and report on ROI.
5. Digital Execution Pro
- Manage the day-to-day operations of digital campaigns, including ad trafficking, keyword research, and bid adjustments.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to inform strategy adjustments.
6. Collaborative Partner
- Work in lockstep with the Creative Marketing Strategist to align digital efforts with bold, innovative campaigns.
- Provide actionable insights from digital data to inform broader marketing strategies and creative concepts.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
What We’re Looking For
Experience and Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance-driven campaigns.
- Proven success in scaling platform user bases through data-informed strategies and optimization.
- Deep expertise in analytics, reporting, and digital tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
