Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns and providing client solutions.
- 1 year of experience working in customer relationship development, account management, media consulting, or a similar role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in managing insights, analytics, client management, or consulting-oriented projects, driving customer success across cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in cross-functional and multi-layered stakeholder project management with proven track record of driving complex business outcomes and customer solutions through collaboration.
- Expertise in implementing, optimizing and managing digital advertising campaigns, as well as managing complex, transformative solutions with clients, including a track record of problem solving projects.
- Ability to operate analytically to understand client needs.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity, and passion to create and share best practices to encourage learning by sharing culture.

The Customer Success Acceleration (CSA) team is part of gTech Ads Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Customer Solutions (GCS) within gTech. We work in close collaboration with the GCS team globally, specifically the Mid-Market Segment (MMS) seller teams based out of the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, helping define marketing strategy for advertisers and providing critical insights and support to help drive customer success.
Our primary objective is to drive customer success through strategic partnerships across MMS at scale, utilizing our team’s diverse in-depth cross-product expertise and customized client solutioning, helping advertisers achieve their customer/marketing objectives.

Responsibilities
- Drive significant impact across markets, customers, and stakeholders through strategic, multi-faceted problem solving and cross-functional collaboration, consistently delivering exceptional experiences for Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)'s clients.
- Partner with Sales to drive data-informed decision making and thought leadership, implementing systematic interventions to accelerate business growth and ensure sustainable portfolio performance.
- Develop and pilot advanced frameworks and customer solutions (e.g., MO-based solutions leveraging HQL/HVS), strategically activating them with key clients to foster long-term trust and value. Identify opportunities to scale these solutions across businesses and markets.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Understand client measurement strategies and defined, impactful KPIs to maximize business outcomes.
- Serve as the regional/business model subject matter expert, leading complex multi-quarter projects. Develop and present new proposals, overseeing project planning, team leadership, and execution.
