Position Overview
Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) is seeking a proactive, hands-on professional to support digital solutions and engineering information workflows for industrial facilities.
The specialist will help site teams move priorities forward across reality capture, data readiness and ingestion, equipment information, training, and user adoption.
The role also supports coordination and performance visibility for engineering documentation delivery, including P&ID as-built workflows, working closely with technical teams and delivery partners.
Key Responsibilities
Site Support & Execution
Serve as a responsive point of contact for site stakeholders, prioritizing requests, managing follow-ups, and resolving delivery issues.
Support reality capture activities, 3D data organization, point cloud and CAD model ingestion, equipment tagging, and site validation.
Coordinate digital tool onboarding, training, user adoption, and technical support.
Identify bottlenecks and proactively drive actions to completion.
Engineering Documentation & Delivery Coordination
Coordinate activities across P&ID as-built development, field verification, validation, asset information reconciliation, and equipment tagging.
Facilitate progress reviews and coordinate handoffs across engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Track deliverables, dependencies, and outstanding actions to support timely execution.
Progress Tracking, Reporting & Planning
Maintain progress trackers and dashboards covering reality capture, data ingestion, milestones, and backlogs.
Monitor document production, work in progress, performance indicators, and delivery forecasts.
Prepare concise status reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist with training schedules and longer-term digital asset information planning.
Required Qualifications
Experience in Oil & Gas, manufacturing, or other industrial environments.
Familiarity with P&IDs and engineering documentation.
Experience in project coordination, technical support, or engineering delivery.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, hands-on approach with strong ownership and follow-through.
Experience with progress tracking, reporting, and digital collaboration tools.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and technical workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience coordinating multiple technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Familiarity with asset information management and digital engineering workflows.
Experience with Smartsheet, Power BI, or similar tools.
