We are seeking a Director – Brazil to launch and grow our presence in Brazil. This is a hands-on, builder role: you will create processes, build a local team, develop partnerships, and drive student enrollment growth from the ground up. You will act as the company's local face, balancing strategy with day-to-day execution.
What You'll Do
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop existing business in Brazil
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing local team
Develop and maintain partnerships with schools, parents, and other key stakeholders
Drive student enrollment growth through in-person and virtual engagement
Own pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking via CRM
Establish and implement processes, systems, and best practices for the Brazilian market
Represent the company locally, acting as the primary point of contact for partners and customers
Identify new market opportunities and develop expansion strategies
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or higher from a US institution required (business, education, or related field)
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
Proven experience managing and growing a sales team in Brazil
Experience working with schools or in the education/EdTech sector
Prior people management experience is required
Fluent in Portuguese and English
Comfortable traveling throughout Brazil regularly
Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in an ambiguous environment
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
