We’re looking for a talented E-learning Content Creator / Instructional Designer to design high-quality digital courses that inspire learners worldwide.
At Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados), you’ll have the opportunity to combine creativity, education, and technology—while working in a flexible and collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop engaging e-learning courses and training materials
- Create multimedia content (videos, presentations, quizzes, scripts)
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to structure course content
- Apply instructional design principles to improve learner engagement
- Optimize content for LMS platforms (SCORM, xAPI preferred)
- Review and update existing learning materials for quality and accuracy
- Ensure content is clear, interactive, and learner-focused
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in e-learning, instructional design, or content creation
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Familiarity with tools like Articulate, Captivate, Canva, or similar
- Basic understanding of LMS platforms
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and creativity
Nice to Have:
- Background in education, training, or digital media
- Experience with video editing or animation tools
- Knowledge of SEO or content optimization
Salary & Schedule
- Salary: BRL 3,500 – BRL 6,500 per month (based on experience)
