Role Overview
We’re hiring a mid-level E-commerce Marketplace Associate to independently manage and grow a group of online sales channels, including HomeDepot.com, Lowes.com, Faire, and Temu, with support for launching into platforms including Wayfair and Target.com. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, with full ownership of day-to-day marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned marketplaces
- Create, upload, and optimize product listings (content, images, SEO)
- Maintain product data, inventory, and pricing updates (execution only)
- Monitor account health and resolve platform issues
- Manage and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns
- Track performance and provide light reporting on sales, ads, and channel trends
- Identify and execute growth opportunities within each platform
- Support onboarding and launch of new channels
- Assist with product content creation, including coordinating or producing basic photography and writing listing copy
Requirements
- 3–5+ years experience managing e-commerce marketplaces
- Ability to independently run marketplace accounts
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable working remotely in a contract role
- Based in Brazil (or similar time zone)
Nice to Have
- Experience with HomeDepot.com, Faire, Temu, Wayfair, or Target
- Experience managing marketplace ad platforms
- Experience with product-based businesses
- Basic product photography or experience coordinating shoots
- Strong copywriting skills for e-commerce listings
- Familiarity with listing optimization and marketplace SEO
